The role
There is a strong focus on value added work such as business structuring, estate planning, tax consulting and succession planning. In addition, you will hone your leadership skils by over-seeing several graduates and passing on your technical knowledge to them.
The clients
Your focus is on the more complex and strategic clients in industries including real estate, property development and retail. The majority of your $200K portfolio is heavily structured groups and companies; with turnovers up to $30M.
Your progression
With the focus on development, coupled with your desire to climb the corporate ladder, you are set up for a Manager role within a 2 year period. Once at this level, you can look forward to effectively establishing meaningful relationships with clients and running your own portfolio of fees. Enjoy the autonomy of having your own, handpicked team at your disposal.
Your training
They provide structured external training initiatives such as technical sessions and seminars that are targeted to benefit you directly. Internally, the foundation for your development will be set from day 1 with 1-1 mentoring from Managers and regular catch ups with the Partners.
